Delete your account and data
This page explains how to permanently delete your SalaryWizard account and associated data, or request partial deletion.
Delete account in the app (instant)
- Open SalaryWizard.
- Go to Menu → Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Answer the security questions to confirm.
This permanently deletes your Firebase Authentication account and all Firestore data linked to it. Cannot be undone.
Keep account, delete stored data (by email)
Email salarywizard@gmail.com with subject “Data deletion (keep account)” and include your registered email address.
Timing & limited retention
- In-app account deletion is processed immediately in our systems.
- Email requests are completed within 7 days after verification.
- Backups/security logs may be retained up to 30 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance, then are purged.
